At RKB Martial Arts we teach a unique blend of kickboxing, groundwork, and knife defense at classes in Brighton, Lewes and Seaford. Learn techniques from Western, Thai and Chinese Boxing, Karate and various other systems.
Our classes are fun and motivating. You'll feel better about yourself because you'll
gain self-confidence, increase your energy level, increase your fitness, tone your
body and learn effective self-defense skills.
RKB Martial Arts is a friendly club for both male and female students. Suited to those wishing to keep fit, learn a realistic self-defence and also ideal for those interested in competing in the ring.
No previous experience of any martial arts is necessary.
Beginners are more than welcome and are integrated into the class at their own pace. You are welcome to come along and watch the class, but the best thing is to put the gloves on and give it a try.
These classes are suitable for complete beginners in martial arts or those with some experience of other styles.
